At Walk to Lake, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or booking, we provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy to support you.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Before 24 Hours: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity or service and receive a full refund—excluding any non-refundable fees (e.g., booking or transaction fees) if applicable.

  • Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.

  • No‑Show or Same‑Day Cancellation: Cancellations on the same day or failure to show up will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process through banking or credit card systems.

  • Walk to Lake is not responsible for processing delays by banks or credit card providers.

4. Cancellation by Walk to Lake

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel an activity or service (e.g. due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, rearrange your booking at no additional cost.

5. Partial Refunds

  • If an activity or service is partially delivered (e.g. equipment failure or interruption), we may issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind less than 24 hours before scheduled time (subject to cancellation fee schedule).

  • Disruptions outside our control (weather, traffic, public events, etc.).

  • Breach of terms (e.g. violation of safety, conduct, or agreement) that affects participation.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Email us at support@[your‑domain].com with your booking details (name, activity, date, time).

  2. State whether you’d like a cancellation or refund.

  3. We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day, and process the refund or payment accordingly.

8. Special Cases & Exceptions

  • Group bookings or events: Custom policies may apply; please review event-specific terms.

  • Promotional or gift vouchers: Refunds depend on voucher terms and are handled case-by-case.

  • Long‑term bookings or retreats: Cancellation timelines and fees may differ; full terms are provided at booking.

9. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updated versions will always be posted on this page with the effective date listed at the top. We recommend reviewing this page before each booking.
